Studying abroad is one of the largest financial decisions a family makes. The application process — choosing a country and university, taking the right tests, writing a statement of purpose, arranging finances and applying for a visa — usually takes a year or more and has many deadlines.
At our Vashi office, we help students from Navi Mumbai and Mumbai plan each stage, from the first shortlist to the visa application.

Popular destinations differ a lot in cost, course length, post-study work rights and visa rules. The UK offers one-year master's programmes; the USA has the widest choice of universities; Canada, Australia and Germany are popular for their post-study work options and, in Germany's case, low tuition at public universities. Our country guides linked below summarise costs, courses and top universities for each destination.
A typical application includes academic transcripts, a statement of purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation, a CV, test scores and proof of funds. The SOP and recommendations often decide close cases, so they need time — we help students plan and review them well before deadlines.
Each country has its own student visa: the F-1 visa for the USA (based on the university's Form I-20), the UK Student visa (based on a CAS from the university), a study permit for Canada, and the subclass 500 student visa for Australia (based on a Confirmation of Enrolment). We help you prepare the financial and academic documents each one requires. Visa decisions are made by the embassy or immigration authority, and no consultant can guarantee them.

About 12 to 18 months before your intended intake. That leaves time for tests, shortlisting, applications and visa processing.
The main intakes are Fall (August–September) and Spring (January) in the USA; September and January in the UK; September, January and May in Canada; and February and July in Australia. Not every course is offered in every intake.
Not always. Many universities accept TOEFL or PTE Academic instead, and some waive the requirement in specific cases. Check each university's requirements.
