NEET UG is the single entrance exam for MBBS and BDS in India, but getting a good score is only half the job. Seats are filled through several separate counselling processes, each with its own registration, rules and deadlines. Students with competitive scores still lose seats because of a poorly ordered choice list or a missing certificate.
From our office in Vashi, we help NEET aspirants and their parents in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai understand the counselling process, make informed choices and complete every step on time.

NEET UG is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). After results, seats are allotted through counselling:
Most lost opportunities come from process mistakes rather than scores:
We compare your NEET score with previous years' closing ranks to show which colleges and quotas are realistic, explain which counselling processes you should register for, and help you build a choice list in a sensible order. We also check your documents in advance and walk you through each round.
If MBBS in India is not within reach this year, we explain the alternatives honestly — BDS, AYUSH courses (BAMS, BHMS), nursing and allied health courses, taking another attempt, or MBBS abroad at an NMC-compliant university.

No. NEET UG is mandatory for MBBS admission in India. It is also required if you plan to study MBBS abroad and practise in India later.
Generally yes, if you meet the eligibility conditions for each. The rules on holding a seat in one while taking part in the other differ by round, so read the current information bulletins carefully or ask a counsellor.
Depending on the score, options include BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSc Nursing and allied health courses, preparing for another attempt, or MBBS abroad at an NMC-compliant university. We can talk through the trade-offs of each.
Counselling usually begins a few weeks after NEET UG results. Exact dates are announced by MCC and the State CET Cell each year, so keep checking their official websites.
No one can honestly guarantee an MBBS seat. Seats are allotted on merit through official counselling. Be wary of anyone offering a guaranteed seat for a 'donation' — that is a common fraud.
