Enter personal details, academic qualifications, and preferred exam city.
Upload scanned photograph, signature, and category certificate as specified.
Pay ₹0 via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Save the confirmation page. Admit card will be issued separately before the exam.
NExT (National Exit Test) is conducted by National Medical Commission (NMC).
NExT is conducted in Online/offline mode. It is held annual.
