Yashwantrao Charan Warana Mahavidyalaya (YCWM), Kolhapur is named in the memory of ex-deputy prime minister late Shri. Yashwantrao Chavan, who was shares a close friendship with late. Shri. Tatyasaheb Kore and he was a great source of inspiration for the institution. It was dream of founder president to create “new human race” with the help of higher education.
