XIM University formerly known as Xavier Institute of Management was established in 1987 offered PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-RM (all awarding diplomas), and FPM programs. In the year 2013, XIM University has been established in accordance with The Xavier University, Odisha Act, 2013 and The Xavier University, Odisha (Amendment) Act, 2021. The University is a private self-financing institution of higher learning for imparting professional and technical education. XIM University offer a several programs in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Sustainability Management, Public Policy and Management, Human Settlements, Communications, Computer Science & Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Liberal Arts, and Humanities & Compassion Studies. The university offers Ph.D. programs in both full-time and part-time formats. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for admission to XIM University courses. Admission to all these courses is offered based on the National Level Entrance or Entrance Exam conducted by XIM University.
