Sudharsan Engineering College (SEC), Pudukkottai was established in 2000 under Sudharsan Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.
