State Institute Hospitality Management (SIHM), Kozhikode was established in 2008. It is affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. It is recognized by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and the Government of Kerala. The vision of the institute is to educate future leaders for the dynamic and global hospitality industry through quality hands on training, personalized attention and inculcating the spirit of service. The institute is located on the West Hills Kozhikode, adjacent to Government Guest House and is 5 km from Kozhikode railway station.
