St. Philomena’s College was established on October 9, 1946. The college offers 23 UG courses and 14 PG courses. It has a great mix of students from 19 different states in India and 32 different countries in the world. The college has received the rare status of “College of Excellence” from the University Grants Commission (UGC). The NAAC has accredited the college with A+ in the first cycle and A in the second cycle. Admissions are offered on the basis of marks scored in the 10+2 examination by the candidate.
