RPS Group of Institutions (RPSGOI) was established in the year 2008 as RPS College of Engineering & Technology offering B.Tech. courses. In 2010, RPS Institute of Management offering MBA, BBA & BCA degrees was established. In 2011, both the institutes were merged and renamed as RPS Group of Institutions. The institute is accredited by the NAAC.
