Nilkanthrao Shinde Science and Arts College, Chandrapur was established in 1993 by Shri. Nilkanthrao Y. Shinde. The college is affiliated Gondwana University, Gadchiroli and is operated by Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha, Bhadrawati.
