National Institute of Design (NID), Gandhinagar is an extension campus of NID Ahmedabad established in July 2004. Recognized as an “Institution of National Importance” by the Government of India, NID Gandhinagar has been ranked 17th in India in Design by IIRF Ranking 2024. The institute offers admission to M.Des (Master of Design) across seven disciplines namely Lifestyle Accessory Design, Apparel Design, New Media Design, Toy and Game Design, Photography Design, Strategic Design Management, and Transportation & Automobile Design.
