Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College (KCGMC) was established in 2017 in Karnal, Haryana by the government of Haryana to provide the best-in-class health services to the people of that region and high-quality education to the students. It is named after the famous astronaut Kalpana Chawla as a tribute. KCGMC is affiliated with Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak and is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and National Medical Commission (NMC). The college offers admission to UG and PG courses for eligible candidates.
