Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, also known as JNTU Hyderabad, was founded in 1972 as India's first Technological University. JNTUH is located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, on a vast 89-acre campus. The university has been accredited by NAAC with a Grade 'A' and approved by AICTE and UGC. JNTU Hyderabad received the 88th Rank in the Engineering Category by NIRF 2024, while the university was ranked 96th for B.Tech by Collegedunia 2025.
