IHM Ranchi was established in 2019 by the joint effort of Government of India and Government of Jharkhand. The institute is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and is located in the backdrop of a picturesque town in Brambe. The campus is spread over an area of 10 acres with a total built-up area of nearly 20,000 square metres. The institute is autonomous and aims to provide local recruits for the tourism industry.
