Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and applied nutrition, popularly known by the name Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) was established in 1998 in the Hajipur district of Bihar. This autonomous Institute comes under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Institute is Affiliated to IGNOU, New Delhi and provides a 3 year B.Sc degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, through Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). In addition to this the institute also offers 2 Diploma programmes. This Institute offers admission to not only Indian students but also to international students specifically from SAARC countries. NCHMCT JEE is the entrance test for admission to this Institute (B.Sc).
