Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Kolkata, also known as IHM Kolkata, started functioning in the year of 1963. It is an autonomous body which runs under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. IHM Kolkata has been ranked 10th among the hotel management institutes by India Today 2023.
