Indian National Portage Association (INPA), Chandigarh aims to train such professionals who can work to achieve the objective of INPA and help normalize the at-risk children whose lives have been thrown into disarray by the tragedies, natural or otherwise. They provide support to children who are suffering from any of the following- learning disability, developmental delays, autistic, physically or mentally handicapped and many other conditions.
