Indian Institute of Gem and Jewellery is a private college in the Indian city of Udupi. It was established by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council in association with the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad. The college offers Certification courses across disciplines such as Jewellery Design, Jewellery Manufacturing, and Gemstone Identification. Admission to the IIGJ programs is granted to aspiring students depending on their merit in the previous year’s qualifying exam.
