Established in 1860, Harish Chandra Post Graduation College, Varanasi often abbreviated to HCPGC was started by a non- profit organization to impart education to locals. Initially starting with a high school, it now has courses up to post-graduation. The college is affiliated to M.G Kashi Vidyapeeth Varanasi.
