Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar is the first medical college of Jammu & Kashmir and is one of the oldest medical colleges in North India. GMC Srinagar was established in the year of 1959 and has an existence of 54 Years. GMC Srinagar has emerged as a premier medical college in India and is affiliated with the University of Kashmir.
