Goreswar College was established in the year 1974 and situated in the North-eastern part of Baska District. It is affiliated to Gauhati University and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). It offers Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Mass Communication (B.M.C.) and Computer Application programme at graduate, Certificate, Diploma level.
