Globsyn Business School (GBS) also known as GBS Kolkata was founded by Mr. Bikram Dasgupta, a doyen of the Indian IT industry. At the IIRF Education IMPACT Award, the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) recognized Globsyn Business School as the "Benchmark for Higher Education in Eastern India." The institute has been ranked among the top 34 best MBA colleges in India (Private) by the Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF). GBS Kolkata has been recognized with the Institute of the Year - East Award by ASSOCHAM in the B-Schools category at the 16th International Education Leadership & Skill Development Summit.
