Dayanand Law College was established by the Dayanand Education society for the purpose of imparting higher law education in backward region of Latur and places of marathwada region. It was founded in 1971 .The college was first affiliated to Marathwada University, Aurangabad (Now renamed as Dr. Babasaheb AmbedkaMarathwada University, Aurangabad) however since 1995 it has been affiliated to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. The institute has recognition from UGC (University Grants Commission under the sections 2(f) and12 (B) of UGC act. The college offers courses like Bachelor of law, Bachelor of socio-legal sciences, Master of Law and diploma in Taxation and law courses.
