Bengal Institute of Polytechnic (BIP) is situated in West Bengal. It is affiliated to West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata and best known for the polytechnic diploma course, but along with this it offers various ITI courses as well. In each course, there is an intake of 60 students. Students have participated in the campus drive involving top companies like Mahindra Satyam and Maruti Suzuki, etc. Along with the academic courses, it also encourages various extra-curricular activities. They have arranged parent teacher meet and celebrated republic day and teacher’s day as well.
