Army Institute of Nursing (AIN), Guwahati, was established in 2006 to cater to the education needs of the children of Army personnel and ex-army service members. The institute is affiliated with Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) Guwahati. AIN Guwahati is approved by the Army Welfare Education Society, Indian Nursing Council and Assam Nurses’ Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
