All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rajkot was established in 2020 under the PMSSY scheme of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. AIIMS Rajkot is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The campus is spread over 201 Acres with access to road, water and electricity facilities. AIIMS Rajkot currently offers an MBBS program for 5 years and 6 months. Admission to the MBBS program at AIIMS Rajkot is based on NEET UG score followed by counselling. Once INI CET is conducted for the current academic year, PG admission and courses will begin in AIIMS Rajkot.
